Mekong Delta, Cao Dai Temple V120-8591

The Cao Dai religion is a recent religion formed in the late 1920's. The churches are very colorful and somewhat Disneyesque, though the church ceremonies tend to be a bit subdued. They took the best of several other religions and left out what they didn't like and created their own modern day saints, such as William Shakespeare, Victor Hugo, Winston Churchill, and I think Walt Disney, though I am not certain about him. They welcome tourists and are very interesting churches to visit.
