Kruger National Park in South Africa is one of the World's great wildlife parks. It is usually quite easy to see most of the popular safari animals. These were taken during the month of March, the rainy season, when the vegetation is still quite lush, and they say it is harder to spot wildlife. I would say we did really well. All of the photos seen here were taken within a 24 hour period. Unfortunately, despite being such a large and popular park, there is still a lot of poaching. The two rhinos that we saw the first evening were found dead and missing their horns the very next morning.
